Sugar Scrub

Sugar
some vegetable oil
vanilla extract or almond extract

mix sugar, oil and the flavoring into a scrub. Use on body and rinse off.


Strawberry Salt Scrub

1/2 Cup fresh strawberries
2 tsp. Olive oil
1 tsp. salt
Mash strawberries, salt and oil into a paste in a small bowl.

Use on body and rinse off.
