Caramel Ice Cream Balls

Peanut Butter Cookies (Store bought)
Caramel Ice Cream
mini peanut butter cups
chocolate Syrup

Crunch up ordinary store bought peanut butter cookies
Take a dip of Caramel Ice Cream and bury a mini chocolate chip in the middle and cover with more ice cream. Smooth the ice cream so you can't see it.

Roll ice cream balls in your crunched up peanut butter cookies. Refreeze.

To serve - put ball in a dessert dish and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
